Patient Information
Your First Visit
We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete our New Patient form. You can also print and fill out the form in advance to bring to your appointment.
Initial Examination
During your first exam with us, the dentist will take any necessary radiographs. We will then conduct a thorough exam of your temporomandibular joints and intraoral soft tissues, and do a full tooth-by-tooth exam, bite exam, full six-point gum probing and more. All dental check-ups also include an oral cancer screening.
Treatment Plan
At the conclusion of this new patient exam, the dentist will sit down with you and work out a customized treatment plan that addresses any oral problems they identified.

Payment for the full cost of treatment is due at the end of your appointment and can be made using cash, debit, cheque or most major credit cards.
